Cheesecake is a sweet dessert which have one or more layers. The main, and thickest layer, consists of a mixture of soft cheese which is made of cream cheese and sugar. The bottom layer is made from crushed cookies (digestive biscuits), graham crackers, pastry, or sometimes sponge cake. It may be baked or unbaked. The unbaked cheese cake is refrigerated to thicken it. Cheesecake is usually sweetened with sugar. It is flavored by adding vanilla, lemon, chocolate, pumpkin, strawberry or other flavors to the cheese layer. It may be topped with the whipped cream, nuts, cookies, fruit sauce, chocolate syrup, or other toppings. Now lets see how to prepare cheese cake without baking.

For base

  • 1.5 Cup Graham crackers Crushed
  • 1/4 Cup Melted butter

For second layer

  • 400 g Cream cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon juice
  • 150 g Whipping cream

For topping

  • 1/2 Cup Whipping cream
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar


  • In a bowl add the crushed graham crackers and melted butter mix it well.
  • Put this into a mold and press well. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
  • In a bowl add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla essence and lemon juice. Beat it with an electric beater till smoothen.
  • In another bowl add whipping cream and beat it with electric beater till stiff peak.
  • Mix the whipped cream with cream cheese mix. Fold and mix it well.
  • Pour this on top of cookie dough and smoothen the top.
  • Refrigerate it for 8 hours or overnight.
  • In a bowl add the whipping cream and sugar beat it till stiff peak.
  • In a piping bag put the whipped cream.
  • Demold the cream cheese cake and pipe the whipping cream on top to garnish.
