Salty pudding include rice pudding, suet pudding, steak and kidney pudding etc. Sweet pudding include large variety, custard pudding, egg pudding and milk pudding are some among them.

These sweet pudding get its thick consistency by adding either corn starch or gelatin. Now lets see how to prepare this tasty, easy pistachio milk pudding.

  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Condensed milk
  • 1 Tsp Pistachio flavoured food color
  • 3 Tbsp Corn starch
  • 1 Tbsp Sprinkles (Optional)


  • In a pan add milk and bring to boil.
  • Take 1/4 cup of milk and mix it with corn starch. Keep it aside.
  • To the remaining milk add condensed milk and pistachio food color.
  • To this add corn starch milk and mix well. Stir it continuously till thickened.
  • Pour it to a pudding tray and garnish with some sprinkles.
