Instructions
  1. In a pan add some oil, put onion and saute well.
  2. To this add grated carrot, and potato. Saute well.
  3. Add turmeric powder, salt , ginger garlic paste and garam masala powder. Mix it all well
  4. Cover and cook it in low flame for the 2 minutes
  5. Saute it well. If needed cook more time.
  6. Slightly cut one side of chilli and remove the seeds
  7. Fill the chilli with the masala prepared
  8. In a bowl add gram flour, rice flour, salt , red chilli powder, and water, to make the batter.
  9. Dip the masala filled chillies into the batter and deep fry it in the oil.
