Soup is a liquid food item which is usually served hot or warm. The main ingredient used for preparing soup is vegetable or meat broth (stock). There are different varieties of soup. Traditionally soup is served as starter and in some region it is served as a main course. Chocolate soup is a warm thick drink which is prepared with milk and chocolate. It is almost similar to hot chocolate.

Instructions
  1. In a pan add milk and cream. Bring it to medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped chocolate and whisk continuously until chocolate melt completely.
  3. In a bowl mix corn starch and water. Add this to chocolate mix. Stir until thick and smooth.
  4. Turn off the heat, add salt and vanilla extract. Mix it well. Serve warm.
Recipe Notes

If required some sugar can be added.
