Soup is a liquid food item which is usually served hot or warm. The main ingredient used for preparing soup is vegetable or meat broth (stock). There are different varieties of soup. Traditionally soup is served as starter and in some region it is served as a main course. Chicken soup is a soup made from chicken and various other ingredients. The classic chicken soup is made from chicken stock, chicken pieces and vegetables. Sometimes pasta, noodles or dumplings are added to the soup for taste.

Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken breast with some salt and pepper.
  2. In a pan add some oil, shallow fry the chicken breast.
  3. Cut the fried chicken into small cubes.
  4. In a pan add some butter. Put the chopped garlic, slightly saute it in butter. Add flour and mix it.
  5. Add carrot, and chicken broth. Mix well till no lumps remain. Cook for 2 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  6. In a bowl mix corn flour and water. Pour it to soup.
  7. Add chicken, pepper powder and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
