Croissants are pastries which can be eaten even without any filling. Croissants are almost similar to puff pastry. We can fill chocolates,whipped cream, icings, or even any spicy fills. Croissants have a flaky texture.

Instructions
  1. In a bowl add all ingredients for the dough. Mix it well and let it rest for an hour.
  2. Knead the dough well. Take some portion and roll it with rolling pin.
  3. Spread butter on top.
  4. Take another portion of dough. Roll it and place it on top of previous rolled dough. Spread butter again. Similarly roll all the dough and place it on top of each dough and spread butter in between
  5. Fold the layered dough. Roll it all together into a big circle.
  6. Cut the dough into sectors.
  7. Take one sector, slightly cut the base. Place a chocolate piece and roll it .
  8. Brush some egg yolk on top.
  9. Preheat the oven 220℃. Place the croissant and cook it for 5-10 minutes or till golden color.
