Mexican salad

Mexican salad is one of the healthy salad. It has some crunchy item added to it, which make the salad special. Nachos, crunchy tortilla are some of it. Another important ingredient is black bean.

- 1 Cup Boiled sweet corn
- 1/4 Cup Red bell pepper Cubed
- 1/4 Cup Green bell pepper Cubed
- 1/4 Cup Yellow bell pepper Cubed
- 1/2 Cup Tomatoes Cubed
- 1 Cup Boiled black bean
- 1/2 Cup Nachos Crushed
- 1/4 Cup Avocado Cubed
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Chilli flakes
- 1 Tsp Oregano
- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt
- 1/4 Cup Chopped onion (Optional)
