Pocket burger is a new style of burger. It is having the usual taste and texture of the normal burger. The only difference is it us having pockets for each fillings. Children will love to have it due to its difference in appearance. Lets see how to prepare it.

Instructions
  1. In a bowl add all ingredients for the dough and mix it well. Let it rest for an hour.
  2. Take some portion of dough and roll it with rolling pin, into circle shape and 1 mm thickness.
  3. Spread some oil on top and fold it into half. Again spread oil and fold to quarter.
  4. In a baking tray place these prepared dough brush egg yolk and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
  5. Preheat the oven 220℃ . Place the dough and bake it for 5-10 minutes or till light golden brown colour.
  6. Let the bun cool .
  7. Marinate the chicken with first marination ingredients mentioned.
  8. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes
  9. In a bowl mix all second marination ingredients.
  10. Coat the chicken with second marination, then dip in water, then again coat it with second marination.
  11. Deep fry the marinated chicken.
  12. Take the bun and fill each pocket with cucumber, ketchup, mayonnaise, lettuse, and chicken.
