• 10-15 Butterfly pea flower
• 2 Cup Hot water
• 1 Cup Crushed ice
• 2 Tbsp Sugar syrup
• 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
• 2 Cup Sparkling water

Instructions

1. In a pan put the butterfly pea flower. Pour some hot water to it. Let the colour come out fully.
2. Pour the tea into an ice tray. Refrigerate it
3. In a glass pour some sugar syrup
4. Put the crushed ice on top of it
5. Pour the lemon juice to it
6. Put the crushed blue ice on top
7. Finally pour the sparkling water.
