Instructions
  1. In a pan add some oil and heat it. To this add chopped onion and garlic. Saute and cook for 2 minutes
  2. Add red cabbage and apple. Mix all well.
  3. Add stock and bring to boil.
  4. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes
  5. Turn off the heat, blend to smooth.
  6. Add salt and pepper and mix well. Serve warm.
