Traditionally soup is served as starter and in some region it is served as a main course. Seafood soup is a soup prepared with seafood like salmon, shrimp, oyster or squid.

Instructions
  1. In a pan add some oil, when heated add onion and garlic. Saute well.
  2. Add carrot and bell pepper.
  3. Add tomato sauce and sliced tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes
  4. Add chicken broth and bring to boil.
  5. Add oregano, pepper powder and mix well.
  6. Add salmon fillets and shrimps.
  7. When shrimps and salmon cooked add coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot.
Recipe Notes
  • Can add any seafood like oyster and squid in seafood soup
