Seafood soup

Soup is a liquid food item which is usually served hot or warm. The main ingredient used for preparing soup is vegetable or meat broth (stock). There are different varieties of soup. Traditionally soup is served as starter and in some region it is served as a main course. Seafood soup is a soup prepared with seafood like salmon, shrimp, oyster or squid.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Green bell pepper Cubed
- 2 Carrot cubed
- 1 tsp garlic Minced
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 1 cup Tomato cubed
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 3/4 tsp Pepper powder
- 400 g salmon fillets cubed
- 200 g Shrimps cleaned
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves

Instructions
- In a pan add some oil, when heated add onion and garlic. Saute well.
- Add carrot and bell pepper.
- Add tomato sauce and sliced tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes
- Add chicken broth and bring to boil.
- Add oregano, pepper powder and mix well.
- Add salmon fillets and shrimps.
- When shrimps and salmon cooked add coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
Recipe Notes
- Can add any seafood like oyster and squid in seafood soup
