Soup is a liquid food item which is usually served hot or warm. The main ingredient used for preparing soup is vegetable or meat broth (stock). There are different varieties of soup. Traditionally soup is served as starter and in some region it is served as a main course. Manchow soup is an indo chinese soup.  It is similar to the manchurian and therefore it is named as manchow. It is prepared with lots of chicken and chicken. Here I did not add chicken. Its a  vegetable manchow soup. It can be prepared in both style either vegetarian or non vegetarian. It is served with crispy fried noodles.

Instructions
  1. In a pan add some oil, when heated add ginger, garlic and green chillies.
  2. add all the veggies, pepper powder and salt. Mix well
  3. Add soy sauce, water(or stock) and salt if required. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes
  4. Add coriander leaves
  5. In a bowl mix corn flour and water. Pour it to soup. Mix well until thicken.
  6. Serve hot and garnish with some fried noodles.
Recipe Notes
  • Can add chicken after the veggies are half cooked.
