Pasta is a type of food made from a dough of wheat flour or all purpose flour mixed with water or eggs, and formed into sheets or other shapes, then cooked by boiling or baking. Pasta can be prepared either in red sauce or white sauce. Red sauce pasta is also called as arrabiata. Usually pasta is prepared in a creamy sauce. Now lets see how to prepare the red sauce pasta

  • 3 Cup Penne pasta Cooked
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped garlic
  • 1 Cup Bell pepper
  • 1 Tsp Chilli flaked
  • 1 Tsp Black pepper powder
  • Salt As required
  • 2 Tbsp All purpose flour
  • 2 Cup Milk
  • 5-6 Tbsp Schezwan sauce
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander leaves Chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp Mixed herbs


  • In a pan add some butter, then add chopped garlic, bell peppers and pepper powder. Saute and mix them well. Cook it for a minute and turn off the flame.
  • In a pan add some butter, add flour to it and mix well.
  • Pour milk slowly into it and mix well continuously.
  • Add schezwan sauce and salt to it and mix well.
  • To this add sauted bell pepper mix, oregano, mixed herbs and coriander leaves. Mix them all well.
  • Finally add the cooked pasta and mix well. Turn off the flame. Red sauce pasta ready to serve.


  • make sure the milk is added gradually.
  • flour should be mixed well and remove the lumps.
